Led by the Discovery Club, along with support from Greek
Life, SGA and HAMA, there was an abundance of crafts, festive foods, holiday
carols, and a general feeling of camaraderie. Many children left saying this was
the highlight of their day! For many of the volunteers however, the kid’s
impromptu Christmas caroling was the best part of the evening. Everyone would
agree this annual event was once again a great success!
Make sure to join the Hofstra community for the Holiday
Lighting Ceremony this Wednesday, December 5th at 5 p.m. outside
Hofstra Hall. Immediately following the ceremony a reception will be held in
the Student Center Main Dining Room. Come see the holiday murals created by our
students, have a donut and cup of hot apple cider, and maybe even make a craft
or two!
